About Fearless Past Forty

I am a 47 year old woman from upstate New York who is a teacher, writer, wife, mother of two teenagers and parent of an allergy-ridden, black lab and a serial-killing cat. I’m gluten and dairy intolerant, love cooking great food, entertaining, health and fitness, yoga, decorating, photography, and fashion. Saving the planet, getting along with everyone when you can and treating all animals and humans with respect, are all important to me. I am a life-long learner, wanting to take in as much of life as I can, while striving to be loving, joyous, tolerant, gracious, forgiving, and never taking myself too seriously. Most importantly, I want to give my life meaning and help others do the same.
